Managing and developing team:

Creates an environment, with pairs, that encourages empowerment, collaboration and autonomy for direct team and among teamsGuides the team to set objectives, aligned with the objectives of the entity. ​Ensures that the team have the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activitiesManages priorities and guides the team to balance the workload according to the defined prioritiesDevelops and supports direct reports' career plans and learning opportunitiesProvides regular and timely feedback to direct reports’Manages the staffing movements taking into account the expectations of employees, the needs of the team and the entityApplies company policies and procedures in managing direct reports.Facilitates change at team level.

Driving operations and performance:

Identifies scope of work with team and share to all concern party to ensure deliverable objective and achievementEnsures all activity of Import & Export scope will comply as per relating law/regulation/policy which consulting with relating organizationDay to Day operation monitoring with teamCoordinate with all network to support Import & Export activitiesCustoms Brokerage Service Provider’s performance management with the existing service agreement and KPIsIdentifies the upcoming critical situations in order to anticipate actionsContinuously seeks to improve performance of operations, customer and employee satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

Direct experience in team managementAt least 5 years experienced in Export-Import, Customer Service or Logistics & Supply Chain operation and Customs regulations backgroundFluent in English (Autonomy / Efficient)Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) (ใบประกาศผู้ชำนาญการด้านศุลกากร) will be advantageStrategic thinking, Logical & Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Sense of urgency and Self-awarenessAble to work under high pressure and challenging situations
