Objectives
Manages, control and develop the Oil & Energy Customers engagement strategies/activities in the country in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources
Job Duties
External:
Global Customers – New & ExistingIdentify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationshipsPartner with local external stakeholder to coordinate customer requests and services that are being promotedDevelop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyaltyRespond to customer RFI, RFQ (Request for Information, Request for Quote) and TendersRespond to customer needs/enquiries/complaintsLead in engagements and strategic customer interfacesInternal:
Country CommercialImplement business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rate, revenue targets and budgetsPartner with local, district and regional management to coordinate customer requests and services that are being promotedProvide customers specific advice/information to Country IP Head to facilitate business performance review & evaluationSupport Country IP Head to devise, fine tune and implement overall Business Development strategy and directivesCoordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to customersMaintain good communication and working relationship with others functions Strategic Business DevelopmentLead customer meetings/sales visits (potential and existing) and present company capabilitiesIdentify and develop sales leadsDrive market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challengesEnsure effective pricing strategies are developed to sustain profitable growthComply with QHSE procedure and regulationActively participate in all QHSE program Customers Business Performance & ResultsResponsible for achieving Customer business targets and KPIsChampioning Quality & Improvement
Defines and implements IP Department ISO standards in line with corporate instructionsRegularly enhance quality or value of existing business development methods and techniques and resolve problems that may not be clearly definedCustomer Sales Operations Management
Ensure the development and maintenance of the customer database and its use for identification and segmented targeting of global customers and prospects for IPCoordinate sales efforts with inside sales and provide flow of data on account competitors and suppliers to product managementComply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs.Job Requirements
