Industrial Property Management Specialist

See DCMA Location List, not all locations may be available. Responsibilities Serve as a Government Contract Property Group (GCPG) Program Performance Analyst (PPA). Provides expert management and analytical support to the Business Operations Center Director, GCPG Regional Directors, First Level Supervisors (FLSs). Coordinate and collaborate with Regional Directors, FLSs, and Performance Improvement Officers (PIOs), to clarify policies and data requirements, conduct studies, and to communicate and/or substantiate findings and recommendations. Use initiative and experience of property management principles and practices to assist in the development of procedures, analyze trends and patterns observed, and support evaluation of regulations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for an Industrial Property Management Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Analyzing difficult property administration issues and identify corrective action, including those requiring significant deviation from established procedures or previous approaches. Analyzing, evaluating, and advising on the effectiveness and efficiency of mission operations and performance management in meeting established strategic and/or operational goals and objectives. Using analytical skills to interpret and evaluate a variety of complex issues relating to property administration. Reviewing property loss reports for correct administration, investigation, and documentation, resulting in an appropriate liability determination. Providing technical advice, guidance, assistance, and training on a variety of complex property administration functions. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
