Job DescriptionDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions as a HR BPProvides counsel to employees and managers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and proceduresBuilding strong interaction and communication with Union representatives on a daily basis.Initiating, developing and implementing daily HR processes efficiently and in alignment with company standardsExecute and support recruitment and exit processes for blue-collar employeesExecute operational tasks related to Collective Bargaining AgreementsEnsure timely and accurate execution of all legal notices, associate operations and processes in compliance with applicable legislation

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in related fieldsMinimum 4-5 years of HR or shop floor experience, preferably in manufacturing companiesStrong knowledge of Turkish Labour law and Social Security System, Industrial Relations and UnionsKnowledge of payroll, social insurance, time management systems and termination is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and TurkishEager to learn, adaptable and flexible in dynamic environmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively
