Basic Qualifications:
Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret.
In-scope investigation (T3, T3R, T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within last 5 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of military security/industry security experience or related security experience an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Top Secret clearance.
CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, etc.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-starter with minimal supervision.
Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, excellent communication skills, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications.
Computer and desktop office software products experience.
Classification review experience.
Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
