Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2, to join our Launch & Missile Defense Systems - Launch Vehicles team in Chandler, AZ. The individual selected for this position will provide multi-faceted security support to the business unit and will report directly to the Assistant Facility Security Officer. This opportunity seeks a proactive program security representative to assist with the execution of diverse program security requirements and management of DoD and SAP environments and maintain compliance with all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. In this position you will be supporting a fast-paced, high-profile program using superb customer service skills to maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.

In this job, you will:

Serve as a program security and program protection representativeDevelop and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (COP) and Concept of Operations (CONOP)Prepare subcontractor DD Form 254sServe as the Contractor Program Security Officer. manages SAPs and associated DoD SAPFs based on experience and knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, COMSEC, etc.)Conduct indoctrinations and debriefs of classified program personnelMaintain security database applications: JADE, SIMS, DISSProcess mandatory self-reporting from program personnel to various customersBe required to be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheetsReview, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to efficiently complete appropriate clearance actionsProcess classified visit requests and orchestrates classified visits/meetings Administer security education classes and related briefingsAnalyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing program security leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on actions(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security programInvestigate and document security violationsInformation Security: accountability, transmission, marking, reproduction, and disposition of classified informationMonitor security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical, and administrative security procedures.Safeguard classified documents, review Security Classification Guides, and ensure compliance with protection requirements Assist with on-site inspections/assessments required by government regulationsOther duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degreeWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degreeAbility and willingness to take a PolygraphMust be able to implement the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule, DODM 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, DODM 5105.21 volumes 1-3Familiarity with the following: ICD 705, ICD 704, and ICD 503.Experience shall include direct program security experience within the DoD and IC community.Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities IS030.CU curriculum located on the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s (DCSA) Security Training, Education and Professionalization Portal (STEPP). DCSA CDSE certification (SFPC, PSC, etc.) desired

Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
