This is a security position that will focus primarily on IC SCI program requirements as well as DoD program requirements. This position supports the Dulles Site as well as Gilbert and El Segundo via virtual connectivity.
In this job, you will:
Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customersProvide oversight and security direction for construction projects, to include generation of accreditation paperwork for DoD and/or SAP and/or SCI facilitiesDevelops, and administers security programs and procedures for safeguarding classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipmentAssist with readiness with government and company compliance auditsManage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS)Routinely support new business pursuits and classified solicitation activitiesExperience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, physical security, OPSEC, COMSEC etc.)Properly evaluate industrial facility plans for physical security accreditation and protection of company and government assetsDevelop physical security operating procedures and inspection checklists required by ICObtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agenciesConducts security education classes and related briefingsWorking knowledge of ICD 705, and/or 32 CFR NISPOM applicable sponsor proceduresAssist with COMSEC Account ManagementControl and accountability of COMSEC MaterialKey load of CCIDestruction of COMSEC MaterialAssist and provide guidance COMSEC RequirementsOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:

Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
