Process confirmation & data collection for Standard work sheet

Preliminary comparison of actual time study, data collection analysis vs. Standard Time defined.

Data collection and preliminary analysis for New model with plan process flow

Waste study & analysis, Ergonomic study for human to machine.

Lean topic include System Continues Improvement Process (CIP) project preparation, waste walk, workshop set up, VSM/VSD drafting

Lean topic on Planning Guideline Line (PGL) workshop preparation support, Layout update and project follow up and drawing update.

QualificationsDegree Study in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, on-going university students are encourage to apply.
