The Industrialization Engineer is responsible to determine an automation strategy for PCBA manufacturing processes and execute. This also encompasses Industry 4.0 initiatives and digitalization. The industrialization engineer will work with all site functions as well as R&D centers, who can lead PCBA automation design reports covering Industry 4.0 systems, OT networks, control networks and systems architectures. He/She implements measures to reduce costs, improve quality, reduce rework, and increase productivity.
What you’ll do: Set up and control the industrialization phases of the Product/System development: Proof of Concept – Prototype – Qualification – Production for PCBA manufacturingResponsible for new product/process introduction together with process engineers including process flow, material flow, layout, working plans, machine safeguardingResponsible for projects, process, and know-how Involved in supplier quality management, reliability testing and reliability analysis, including risk mitigation, failure analysis and corrective action.
