Position Summary

Thales requires an Industrialization Coordinator (2nd Shift) who is responsible for creating and maintaining setup on all production equipment. Responsibilities include introduction of new products, developing setups for Cards and Carrier for new items and programs as well as changes to existing programs. You will troubleshoot and help resolve production or product issues. You will act as a liaison between Customer Service and Production and will also interact with Personalization Software Engineers, Order Engineers, Project Manager, Process Engineers and Technical Consultants as required.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Create and maintain machine level setups which includes the following:  Job setups, card setups, data setups, form setups, audit setups, stock setups, template setups and production option setup. Deploy changes received from other sites and data center. Update card validation scripts like GPCs and Barnes.Troubleshoot platform, W-client, Operas and control switches for job loading issues. Help production reload MRDF and I-cam files for Inserters. Support the production floor as the first point of contact with personalization issues.Deploy and test Personalization scripts prepared by the Technical Consultant. Industrialization of new products and projects. Testing new equipment for production floor. Industrialize products from other sites for backup purposes.Process and produce all customer test requests. Process Special Handling Requests for Community Banks. Create samples on customer request and for special projects. Work closely with the Projects Team and Process Engineering team for support. Work to ISO 9001 procedures as well as at your own initiative.Follow HSE procedures and policies. Have reasonable operating knowledge of Data Card equipment, Pitney Inserter, Persomaster, etc.Maintain work to follow Visa, MasterCard and Discover certification requirement.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally).Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.Must be computer literate, with advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
