Job Description
You will use the SAFe Methodology, Build the goals for one or more NPI projects they lead. Lead the appropriate level of story planning to build goals of Final Assembly NPI programmes leading. These team members are required to have knowledge of the product they are supporting gained through experience or time spend with their development counterparts. We will work directly with Department teams and other ISC teams.
As a primary member of the Industrialization Design team, they are responsible for technical development in at least one area for the Final Assembly team.

Your Responsibilities:With direction in the form of a SAFe stories and support from Architects or Product Owners or SME Project Engineers in the Industrial Design Organization help introduce new products through Design for programs and through the Manufacturing Design Specification following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processesYou will Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability for a New Product Introduction.You will Collaborate with development engineering to use Df(x) to obtain product cost and best outcome of design for assemblyYou will Develop manufacturing specification and validate against Digital twins, implement manufacturing layout and processes and associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and coordinates execution of prototype and pilot activities.You will work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, including an understanding of current trends in the business and operationsYou can Exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.You will act in a technical development leadership role and lead small special project team within their Industrialization groupThe Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree or educationMinimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Finaly AssemblyDemonstrated strong understanding of New Product Introduction processExperience with Project Management / Agile / SAFeYou have Experience in Automation/Digitalization, defining requirements, identify CTQ, handling of robotics/machine learning, etc.Comprehensive knowledge of proven Manufacturing process and how to apply Design for Cost / Assembly / AutomationKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologiesLead Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)You have knowledge in Transactions in an Enterprise Resource Planning system SAP.Knowledge on Electronic Assembly, computing/programmingExperience in Productivity / cost-saving activitiesYou will lead project teams to ensure manufacturing validation strategies are efficient and stream-lined with an end-to-end perspective.You will manage project across different NPI Projects and teams and maintain good state under certain level of pressure.Manage and communicate project timelines and action plans and on budget.Willing to do extra beyond the job scopeInformation Processing Capability (Factors of Complexity)
You will Evaluate a product and complete a Design For Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) to collaborate to achieve product cost along with understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.You will coach other Industrialization Engineers how to perform the work that is expected of them, the business processes that they participate in, and how to use the various tools (e.g. business system, computer programs, etc.) needed to complete their work.Some travel is required (10% - 15%); international.Operate in multiple time zones.Main Performance Metrics:
