Job Description负责新产品工业化工程项目 Responsible for new product industrialization project.负责项目实施并且按时交付项目节点需求 Responsible for project process rollout and ensure delivery in time according to project milestone持续监控项目进度/质量/风险等，并定期向干系人汇报 Constantly monitor and report on progress/quality/risk of project to all stakeholders和客户团队成员合作以达到项目目标 Co-work with project team to achieve project target完成经理安排的其他工作 Other task assigned by manager

Qualifications全日制本科及以上学位，电气工程及其自动化专业相关专业， >5年生产区域工作经验，汽车类行业更佳 Bachelor degree and above, Major of electrical engineering and Automation, >5 years’ experience in manufacture, preferably automotive industry experience熟悉生产制造，质量方法工具应用，具有新产品工业化经验, 设备放行类经验更佳 Familiar with manufacture process and quality tools application , experience in new product and industrialization, preferably machine/equipment release experience良好的沟通技巧和协作，项目团队领导力。 Good skill in communication and coordination, project leadership项目管理能力/经验, PMP/ACP 更佳 Project management skill/experience, preferably PMP or ACP适应在客户端出差工作，英语可以作为工作语言 Fit for business trip work in customer side, fluent English speaking and writing
