Industry 4.0 Business Analyst - Senior

In this role, you will support our Industry 4.0 Supplier initiatives by analyzing participants' business processes, driving the adoption of digital transformation solutions, and collaborating on innovative projects that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.  In this role, you will: + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements aligned with Industry 4.0 objectives.  + Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and operational improvement.  + Design and deliver process flow diagrams, use cases, and visual models to support digital transformation initiatives.  + Develop and present business cases and project proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and Industry 4.0 trends.  + Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, advanced analytics, and smart manufacturing systems.  + Manage and oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.  + Perform data analysis to assess the impact of digital solutions and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.  + Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollouts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.  + Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation in alignment with best practices in project management methodologies.  + Stay current with Industry 4.0 trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team and organization.    + Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred) or related equivalent experience.  + 5+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 projects, with demonstrated experience in project and/or program management.  + Experience executing Industry 4.0 initiatives around the critical component areas such as Digital Solutions and Technology, Governance, Workforce Development, etc.  + Proficiency in project management methodologies. Certifications like PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar are a plus.  + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and deliver actionable insights.  + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).  + Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.  + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.  + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  + Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration for successful project delivery.
