A Day in the Life:
The Local Industry 4.0 Leader (Implementation/Rollout) has the role of leading, directing, influencing the main stakeholders, integrating the different areas, with purpose of collaborate with the successful implementation of the 4.0 project. The Local Industry 4.0 Leader acts as a change agent that supports the transformation of mentality, processes and driving the implementation and sustainability of projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate and monitor the actions and progressing assigned to related areas (Corporate and local team) to ensure compliance with plant’s planning. Monitor the plant’s project scheduled with the PMO, considering all items and deliverables to be fulfilled. Update the local plant’s schedule. Coordinate the implementation with a strategy trough influence and partnerships with local teams and stakeholders. Schedule meetings to update the Plant Manager and key people (Corporate and Local), being (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). Conduct meetings with the areas of Automation, IT, Projects, Data Science, and other areas (local or corporate) to update and monitor the roadmaps. Be responsible for communication with the entire plant, ensuring employees' knowledge about 4.0 projects and their respective updates, considering the different communication channels (coffee chats, training, newsletter, DDS and/or other actions). Support the change management process in partnership with the HRBPs, indicating the levels of impacts, resistances due to work out the gaps to contribute with the success. Ensure engagement and recognition actions for plant employees in the BPS Program (Bunge Productions System) Promote integration of corporate and local areas, to provide better synergy, communication, and alignment. Mitigate problems through discussions with the team and the Regional 4.0 Leader. Monitor the implementation and sustainability of the project, including improvements to KPIs. Provide progress reports on the entire scope of the pilot with necessary stakeholders. People management: select, train, and develop the team. Passion for challenging the status quo, finding new solutions and driving ideas outside the box. Encourage an environment of strong collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Be hands-on when it is needed to work out the problems. Encourage an environment that understands the building process that involves testing, failing, learning, and growing through the process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Automation or Computer Science preferred. 5+ years experience in project management. Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to operations technology in industrial segments. Desirable knowledge in projects related to Industry Operational Technology and Automation. Availability for travel. Leadership, collaboration, team spirit and individual contribution. Ability to communicate, build partnerships and collaborate with business stakeholders such as technology, projects, data science and operations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and lead the team to drive solutions and progress.
