Preferred experience into Finastra Products such as Loan IQ and Trade Innovation
Perform post implementation verification and provide support at times weekends too
Monitoring issues raised, triaging issues with Users, analyzing the issue and providing the issue with the vendorĀ
Work closely with developers to investigate and triage the issues and resolve it
Work under strict SLA defined by the team
Work collaboratively with the team and business partners
Possesses a deep understanding and problem-solving ability of various complexities.
Creates documentation to ensure the supportability of analysis i.e., FAQ, Support documentation
Experience with SIT testing and UAT Support for any issues
Should have knowledge of Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies
Ensure all sign offs are obtained for promote to production.
