As an Assessment Analyst, you will get the opportunity to travel with a collective team of assessment professionals to perform condition assessments of facilities assets and supporting site infrastructure for asset types that range from zoos to airports, hospitals to schools, historic government buildings to advanced lab facilities.

 

Location:

United States; Remote; Near a major airport

 

This position is remote and works on customer sites with up to 50% travel. Travel includes site visits for building assessments, interviews with key facilities personnel, and executive presentations to client leadership. 

 

Responsibilities:

Manage data collection for multiple clients across multiple industries and sectors. Communicate with clients to understand the data and the institutional context. Independently review client documentation in preparation and during inspection process (drawings, studies, maintenance logs, etc.) Process collected data using Excel and Gordian platforms ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Analyze data to answer questions like:  What story do the numbers tell? What client problems can the data help solve? Responsible for individual quality assurance including completeness and accuracy of findings aligned with project scope in prep for findings reports and presentation. Support client’s inquiries by providing additional clarification and guidance in support of your assessment findings. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data analysis and create deliverables. Develop and collaborate with team members to deliver executive level presentations utilizing internal tools and key technologies (e.g. AI) to communicate key data findings, data story and strategic recommendations. Conduct on-site facilities life-cycle assessments to inventory core assets.  Conduct interviews with facilities personnel to review core asset information. Other responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of your people leader.

 

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, technical diploma or equivalent experience Strong communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical skills – the ability to have numbers “tell a story”. Proven success working as both a leader and a learner in a team environment.  The ability to identify project challenges, and judgment on when to escalate and when to solve them independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Facilities Management and/or Planning and Construction are a plus. Able to demonstrate clear written and verbal communications. Preferred OSHA working knowledge.

 

Essential Job Functions:

This position requires upwards of 40% to 50% travel – on a national and occasionally an international basis.  Physical requirements for this role include the ability to walk customer sites for 6-8 hours per day with company equipment. On site activities may include but not limited to the ability to occasionally ascend/descend a ladder, working at heights, and/or work in outdoor weather conditions as many as several times a month.

Salary:

$65,000 annually
