**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success growing established and emerging business categories, and building high performing teams with inclusive environment. The Industry Manager will lead the sales and go-to-market strategy for a segment of the Gaming vertical in the US.The qualified candidate can work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies for their clients and their teams. They will have achieved success as leaders of change/operational rigor by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems. They can create and deploy strategies for the future that drive tangible results for both established and emerging business categories. In this role, they will build and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, selling Meta advertising solutions to partners at all stages of the funnel.We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity and successfully managing tenured, dispersed teams with problem-solving leadership and limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience in a sales environment, fluency in direct response marketing and measurement strategies, and experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions within the digital marketing industry.

Industry Manager, Gaming Responsibilities:
1. Build, train and maintain a diverse, inclusive, world-class, high performing team to support established and emerging partners
2. Develop the vision and architect strategies to grow the a segment of the US Gaming vertical
3. Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams in Sales Operations, Data Science, Measurement, Business Engineering, Creative Shop, Product, Partnerships and more to optimize our efforts in this category
4. Consult with Product teams to help shape product development in support of Gaming client needs
5. Lead strategy across industry: Architect and identify strategies to grow the category and scale them throughout the vertical, region and globally
6. Identify the winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical and region
7. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with performance marketing focused partners
8. Identify and develop opportunities for greater operational efficiency and drive forecasting rigor for the team
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. 10+ years experience in marketing and sales positions
10. 10+ years digital media experience
11. 3+ years experience managing teams
12. Proven track record of leading teams across geographical regions. Experience building high performance inclusive teams
13. Data, analytics driven marketer with experience communicating the benefit of marketing/media opportunities to brands (DR marketing experience)
14. Experience with digital advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
15. Strategic thinking. Experience setting strategic vision for the team
16. Executive presence and gravitas that will inspire the team around a common vision
17. Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organization
18. Experience presenting to Chief Level executives with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value

19. 12+ years experience working in sales environment
20. Proven track record of creating, implementing and executing innovative diversity solutions using business acumen and industry expertise while also amplifying existing programming across the company

22. Experience forging relationships with marketing leaders and C-suite partners at brands, agencies, and major media partners
23. Facebook user with knowledge of the media landscape, reseller channels and vertical markets
**Public Compensation:**
$177,000/year to $247,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
