We are looking for an Industry Manager - Oil & Gas/ Chemicals to join our Endress+Hauser Vietnam Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

What is the role about?  Development of the Oil & Gas/ Chemicals industry strategies and Go-to Market tactics with the inputs from the global industry strategic document Deployment of the integrated offering (products, services, solutions) in the Oil & Gas/ Chemicals industries Gathers and acts upon local market intelligence for Oil & Gas/ Chemicals industries Gaining market share and brand awareness in Oil & Gas/ Chemicals industries Which tasks will you perform?  Insightful understand about Oil & Gas/ Chemicals industries and their trends, enhanced industries know-how Represent regional market requirements towards industry networks, strategic products and solutions planning process  Develop and deploy marketing strategies, campaigns and actions regarding product, services and solutions in the region Work closely with Business Development Manager (BDM), Sales Channel Partners (SCP) and Sales Account Manager (SAM) to develop sales in the assigned industries, with the main target of achieving ambitious growth in market share  Be the interface between Endress+Hauser Cooperate Marketing Team and the local organization Be accountable for Industry Training (content, execution): Industry Process Training (IPT), train Sales Channel Partner and customers in the region - Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan and other assigned countries Being responsible for quality, KAIZEN, complaint management, safety, health and environmental aspects within your competencies in your assigned territory Other assigned tasks upon reasonable request by Manager  What do we expect from you? Diploma/Degree in Engineering 6+ years of working experience in process automation  Working experience in multinational companies is a must Experience in Oil & Gas/ Chemicals industries is a plus Knowledge in Sales Force (SFDC) is a plus Industry knowledge & strong customer orientation  Well-organized, proactive & initiative Logical reasoning and holistic thinking  Network capabilities High accountability Deep intercultural understanding  Well-organized Excellent communication and presentation skills (both in English and Vietnamese) Good at Microsoft Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Willingness to travel - domestic and overseas  What can you expect from us?
