This role will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with dealers and customers in Brazil’s region. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the mining industry and possess outstanding customer focus, effective communication, indirect leadership and influence skills. **What you will do:** • Lead and manage dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assist in the development of dealer sales capability; • Provide commercial, marketing & sales support for the assigned territory and dealers; • Understand and sell the value of Caterpillar solutions - machines, technology and services; • Meet annual business plan targets; • Support dealers in developing comprehensive deal strategies; • Develop strategies for growth for each assigned dealer; • Measure & improve dealer value selling capabilities. **What you will have:** • **Industry Knowledge:** Experience in the mining industry or technical sales to stay informed about trends, major issues, and regulatory considerations. Apply this knowledge to diverse situations to serve the needs of dealers and customers effectively, creating a strategy to drive mining equipment sales. Strong Commercial background with an understanding of machines’ applications. • **Customer Focus:** Experience and ability to create a market-oriented, customer-centric approach. Engage in strategic planning to meet customer needs, working closely with multiple dealers and customers to ensure satisfaction. • **Effective Communications:** Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to address complex issues and persuade others within and outside the company, including dealers and customers, to take specific actions. • **Value Selling:** Knowledge of principles and practices for selling products, technology and services. Ability to sell value and differentiate offerings to meet customer needs.
