Overview Infectious Disease Physician Cheshire Medical Center - Dartmouth Health Keene - Keene, NH Dartmouth Health Keene is seeking a full-time Infectious Disease Physician to join our adult Infectious Disease practice. In this role, you will provide infectious disease care in an inpatient as well as outpatient settingalong with assisting in the Infection Prevention and Control and/or Antimicrobial Stewardship programs. Our team comprises of 1 full-time Infectious Disease physicianand is supported by 1 full time Infectious Disease Nurse as well as 2 Infection Preventionists and 1 Pharmacist with expertise in Antimicrobial Stewardship.Our team is proudly engaged, high functioning, and innovative in delivering the best model of care to our community.
