Job Description As an Infinium Application Analyst for Insight Global, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our core HR system, Infinium, which operates on an older COBOL platform. Your primary duties will include extracting extensive data from the system, requiring proficiency in COBOL coding. You will utilize the application to troubleshoot issues encountered by current users, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up new users, providing necessary training and support. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, timely reports. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be handling sensitive HR data. This position requires excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system maintenance and user support.
