The Role:
As our Influencer Manager, Community & Content you will play a key role in building and engaging our influencer community, overseeing applications, managing our internal Facebook group, crafting compelling content, and serving as the point of contact for all support-related inquiries. Your mission is to create a thriving, engaged network of influencers while ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

What You Will Do:
Influencer Management & Community Support Manage and vet influencer applications, ensuring alignment with BrandCycle’s ideal customer & values. Actively monitor and engage with our influencer community across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. Build strong relationships with new and existing influencers, encouraging them to become brand advocates and active participants in our network. Address questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a supportive tone that reflects BrandCycle’s values. #seeksolutions #progressovercomfort #partnerselflessly Provide ongoing guidance and educational resources to help influencers optimize their performance. Act as a bridge between influencers and internal teams, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with company goals. Content Creation & Multichannel Media Strategy Develop and distribute engaging content across our merchandising channels to keep Influencers informed and inspired. Create blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing assets to support Influencer engagement and brand storytelling. Plan and create social media content that sparks engagement and strengthens Influencer relationships. Identify and showcase top-performing influencers through case studies and feature content. Monitor, evaluate, and report on social media performance to uncover audience preferences and refine strategies for maximum impact. Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with internal teams—including product, brand, and business development—to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Partner with top influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and amplify BrandCycle’s messaging. Continuously explore innovative ways to strengthen our community, enhance engagement, and provide value to our influencers. What We're Looking For: Must-Haves 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support influencers. Solid understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and how to optimize content for each. Experience managing social media groups or online communities. Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a knack for crafting clear and compelling messaging. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams and with external partners. Nice-to-Haves Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and community management tools to manage influencer relationships. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools. Proficiency in email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platforms) to engage and retain Influencers. Hands-on experience working with influencers or managing influencer partnerships.What We Offer:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $65,000 - $76,100 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions). Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
