What are your responsibilities?
Lead and scale influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness and business growth. Develop and execute a cohesive influencer strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers and brand advocates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and events) to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns. Oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and payment processes for influencer collaborations. Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital media opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven recommendations for program improvements. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer and employee advocacy programs.
