Influencer Relations Specialist

M2.0 Communications, Inc., is a public relations and digital marketing company that aims to connect brands to their audiences through meaningful stories.

We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Relations Specialist who can help us tell our clients’ stories through an in-depth understanding of social media and the influencer landscape. Through this role, you will be collaborating with campaign strategists, media experts, accounts specialists, and content developers to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with influencers, their agents, and teams.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain and expand influencer database and related materials Manage all phases of influencer discovery, selection, and outreach across different digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Establish proper messaging, product, brand, and company details in outreach and coverage Manage contract negotiations and campaign executions to ensure alignment, proper billing, and timeliness of deliverables Tack and leverage influencer-related content daily Analyze, measure, and report on influencer activity during and after influencer campaigns to evaluate ROI, address learnings, and optimize future initiatives Track, analyze, and merchandise paid influencer program ROI Research emerging influencers, trends, technologies, platforms, and competitors, as well as recommend relevant solutions to the business Collaborate with different teams as part of campaign planning, building, and execution
