Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Influencer & Social Strategist II to help us develop and implement influencer and paid social campaign strategies for our clients. This role will be responsible for assessing client requests, developing campaign strategy, managing client relationships, and supporting efficient handoff of campaigns to the influencer marketing and paid social execution teams.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, big-picture thinking, and highly creative, with a knack for project management and attention to detail. This candidate is open-minded, unafraid to roll up their sleeves while operating in a very fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage client success at all steps in the proposal lifecycleKeep supervisors and internal peers and stakeholders informed of all facets of campaign progress while effectively maintaining and prioritizing dynamic deadlinesConduct client calls to walk through capabilities and proposal strategySupport overall project management and prioritization across proposals.Develop, strategize, and execute influencer marketing and paid social campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, L’Oreal, Mondelez, McCormick, and more.Own and support relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, understanding the nuances when it comes to the complexities of influencer marketing and paid social as well as larger marketing strategiesCollaborate with our senior team to develop unique creative and campaign concepts and proposals.Integrate key learnings into campaign development, allowing for new thinking and testing that enhances the product’s market share and revenue pipeline.Create and present senior team-facing presentations and proposals with style and an eye for detail.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years of relevant work experienceHave a basic understanding of the social media landscape and are a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok user. (Required)3 - 5 years Media planning experience (social media planning experience a plus) (Required)Strong verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding project management and priority-setting skills to identify and determine steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute them.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong ability to assess the bigger picture and implications of strategy set-up on the larger team and execution portion of the campaign.Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients.Equally excited about interpreting data as you are about brainstorming creative initiatives.Exhibit resourcefulness and an ability to adjust to new priorities as required.Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas for the betterment of the team, product, and clients.Hunger to learn.

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
