Influencer Specialist, Content Optimization

Job Description

The Influencer Specialist (Content Optimization) is a senior role responsible for enabling creator-led content across multiple channels, with focus on paid social. This role combines strategic thinking, talent sourcing, content optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that creator content is sourced and activated to deliver both brand and business impact across markets. This position plays a key role in the intersection of influencer marketing, content production, and media, working closely with creators, media teams, platform partners, and local markets. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Strategy Development: Develop scalable strategies and frameworks for how creator content is adapted, localized, and optimized for paid media across markets and platforms. Creator Sourcing & Briefing: Source brand-right creators for each campaign, ensuring diversity in style, audience, and content approach. Craft clear, targeted creator briefs that align with campaign objectives and performance goals and guide creators through content production. Creative Optimization: Act as the lead in ensuring creator content is fit-for-platform, optimized for various placements and formats, and enriched with relevant storytelling, hooks, overlays, or callouts according to the objective of the campaign.  Cross-Functional Orchestration: Work closely with media, partners, creators, and local marketing teams to coordinate asset needs, timelines, and ensure the right formats and messaging are delivered for each market and campaign layer. Content Review & Delivery: Manage and quality-check the delivery of creator content, ensuring all final assets are campaign-ready and uploaded in time.  Platform & Partner Collaboration: Work with platform partners to understand format best practices and content effectiveness guidelines and ensure creator content meets technical and creative standards for media performance. Performance Optimization: Collaborate with media and analytics teams to review content performance and implement learnings into ongoing content strategies, briefing processes, and creator selection. 

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing Extensive experience in influencer marketing and optimization of creator content Expert in sourcing creators that match brand, campaign goals, audience, and content style Strong knowledge of paid social and best practices across key platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships Strong attention to detail and comfortable managing many timelines and content requirements Passionate about using data to improve and optimize content and creator strategies
