We are looking for a REMOTE Influencer Specialist, listed below are daily tasks you will be completing.

Research and identify influencers that align with the brands values, target audience, and campaign goals.
Conduct outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard influencers for campaigns.
Develop and distribute campaign briefs with clear brand messaging, content requirements, and deadlines.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign.
Manage product/ gift card seeding, ensuring timely delivery of items for content creation.
Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
Review influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, and FTC compliance.
Provide feedback and request necessary revisions before content goes live.
Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and impressions.
Maintain and update an influencer database with engagement rates, audience demographics, and past collaborations.
Identify new talent and opportunities for innovative influencer partnerships.
