Job Description Summary: Logan Health’s Volunteers Department is seeking an Info Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff. This role supports department operations by providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and administrative assistance while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities + Provide administrative and technical support, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. + Coordinate and communicate the flow of activity and information within the department. + Exhibit a thorough knowledge of department and organizational policies and procedures. + Perform quality control on completed tasks to ensure standards and customer expectations are met. + Assist with various department activities and provide backup coverage for other staff members as needed. + Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks and interactions. Qualifications + Skills and Competencies: + Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. + Ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. + Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences. + High-level interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations tactfully and professionally. + Detail-oriented and self-motivated. + Technical Proficiency: + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). + Willingness to learn additional software as needed. Shift: Variable (United States of America) Schedule Details: Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs. Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. Coverage needed for weekday coverage 2pm-8pm and weekends 9am-6pm, 3 days a week. One month is Sunday 9-6 Monday and Tuesday 2-8pm. The next month it is Thursday and Friday 9-6 and Saturdy 2-8pm.
