Info Security Analyst III

**What You'll Do**
Information Security is looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance function. This Compliance team supports client due diligence, regulatory compliance, and audit facilitation. In this role, you’ll consult and respond to client cyber security requests, enable compliance processes, and facilitate attestation activities related to financial reporting in support of our purpose to help more people save enough, protect enough, and have enough.
**You’ll have the opportunity to:**
+ Collect evidence for cyber security client inquiries, regulatory exams, and external audits.
+ Consult and guide IT Process Owners on security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities impacting their processes.
+ Support the completion of external attestations for SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOX/10-k reports related to IT General Controls.
+ Communicate accurate information at the right time to enterprise partners.

**Who You Are**
**We are looking for someone with:**
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of IT or security professional experience
+ Familiarity with cloud controls and compliance, IT audit, and attestation reports (SOC reports).
+ Advanced knowledge of technology and security controls and cybersecurity principles used to manage risks preferred.
+ Ability to communicate across varied audiences and technical backgrounds.
+ Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
+ Consistently demonstrate the right demeanor, proficiency, and initiative in all you do.
**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
**Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)**
$95200 - $182400 / year
**Time Off Program**
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

**Work Environments**
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
