As a Info Sys Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for the efficient management and support of our desktop environment leveraging SCCM and Intune. Your key responsibilities include deploying, configuring, securing, and maintaining our Windows and potentially mobile devices, ensuring seamless access to the tools our employees need. By utilizing SCCM for traditional management and Intune for modern device management, you'll directly impact employee productivity, security posture, and overall IT operational efficiency. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and automation will minimize disruptions and contribute to a stable and reliable computing environment for the entire organization.

Responsibilities Manage and maintain desktop environment for stability and performance.Design and deploy desktop images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).Administer Microsoft Intune for device management (MDM/MAM).Develop and enforce security policies via GPOs.Deploy OS updates and security patches.Package and deploy software using SCCM and Intune.Implement compliance policies in SCCM and Intune.Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues.Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps/procedures.Stay updated on SCCM and Intune advancements.Automate routine desktop management tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5 years of information systems/information technology experience

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of information systems/information technology experience

OR

At least 7 years of information systems/information technology experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.Solid understanding of Windows client operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management and Group Policy.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced tasks.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to desktop hardware and software.Experience with reporting tools within SCCM and Intune.Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and their integration with desktop management.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Experience with mobile device management (iOS, Android).Understanding of network fundamentals related to desktop connectivity.Strong documentation skills for creating knowledge base articles and technical guides.Experience with application packaging tools (e.g., Admin Studio, PowerShell Application Toolkit).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
