As a Info Sys Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for the efficient management and support of our desktop environment leveraging SCCM and Intune. Your key responsibilities include deploying, configuring, securing, and maintaining our Windows and potentially mobile devices, ensuring seamless access to the tools our employees need. By utilizing SCCM for traditional management and Intune for modern device management, you'll directly impact employee productivity, security posture, and overall IT operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and maintain desktop environment for stability and performance.Design and deploy desktop images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).Administer Microsoft Intune for device management (MDM/MAM).Develop and enforce security policies via GPOs.Deploy OS updates and security patches.Package and deploy software using SCCM and Intune.Implement compliance policies in SCCM and Intune.Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues.Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps/procedures.Stay updated on SCCM and Intune advancements.Automate routine desktop management tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
