The Opportunity:


• Accurately request, receive and make-to-stock material through Infor ERP system by meticulously reviewing, entering data and performing needed transactions for the system.

Responsibilities:


• Data entry:
Accurately entering data into the Infor ERP system.
• Data validation:
Verifying the accuracy of entered data by cross-checking with source documents and performing data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
• Data cleansing:
Identifying and correcting duplicate or inconsistent data within the system to maintain data integrity.
• Data reporting:
Generating reports from the Infor ERP system as needed, including inventory reports.
• System navigation:
Proficiently navigating through different modules within the Infor ERP system to access relevant data entry screens and functions.
• Compliance with procedures:
Following established data entry guidelines and company policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Material handling:
Following procedures to accurately handle material as needed to support program demands.

Qualifications:


Required:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data
• Excellent typing accuracy and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis
• Understanding of basic business processes related to sales, inventory, purchasing, and accounting
Desired:
• Familiarity with Infor ERP system navigation and data entry functions

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$35,776-$65,300
