Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.
We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background and significant experience in managing ERP systems. Familiarity with Infor ERP is desirable, but we also welcome candidates with substantial healthcare or ERP expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. They should understand business processes and their alignment with ERP systems. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Product Manager will oversee multiple teams, ensuring seamless application development, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide leadership and develop direct reports. Mentor team members and ensure professional development. Make staffing decisions
Product Design and Optimization:
Provide high-level input on product design and optimization. Manage product infrastructure, monitor performance, and gather user requirements. Oversee requests for new systems, processes, and enhancements.
Project Management:
Manage projects of varying size, complexity, and scope. Develop scope documents and work estimates. Ensure successful project delivery.
Client Service and Communication:
Provide outstanding client service. Address and troubleshoot high-level client issues. Establish priorities with clients and end-users.
Development and Integration:
Define and execute the Infor ERP development and integration strategy. Lead and mentor a team of developers and integration specialists. Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions.
Compliance and Performance Monitoring:
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Monitor and improve system performance and stability.
Application Requirements:
Maintain expertise in product specialization and market trends. Provide expert guidance and recommendations. Evaluate and suggest alternatives for new systems and enhancements. Communicate regularly with the organization to ensure successful integration.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience ERP migration experience. Experience managing teams, including selection, performance management, and motivation. Understanding of the application systems development lifecycle. Industry experience in or supporting a client community. Ability to estimate development effort and write proposals. Experience in software development, with 3+ years in ERP leadership. Strong knowledge of Infor ERP systems. Proven experience managing development teams and projects. Expertise in Agile or DevOps methodologies. Understanding of integration techniques (APIs, ETL, middleware). Knowledge of ERP security and compliance standards. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills.
Desired:
Certifications in project management, ERP, or software development. Experience with other enterprise software and integration tools. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
