Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.

 

Software Engineer - ERP Specialist

We are seeking a Software Engineer with ERP experience, preferably with Infor, to design, develop, and maintain our ERP systems. This role involves working closely with business analysts and cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop technical solutions that support business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to ensure seamless operation of our ERP systems.

 

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, configurations, and test plans. Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in ERP development.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, focusing on ERP systems, preferably Infor Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, FHIR). Additional certifications related to ERP systems, such as Infor certifications. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
