Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Informatica Developer with a strong background in data modeling, Oracle databases, and Linux scripting (nice to have) to join our team at a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Informatica, strong communication skills for engaging with users and gathering requirements, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Modeling: Perform extensive data modeling work, collaborating closely with business users to understand requirements and ensure proper data structure for financial applications.
Requirements Gathering & Communication: Work with stakeholders across different teams to gather and validate requirements. Ensure all approvals are secured before proceeding with changes.
Informatica Development: Design, develop, and implement Informatica ETL processes and workflows to meet business requirements. Write and optimize code for high-performance data processing.
Database Management: Leverage Oracle database skills to perform data transformations, querying, and ensure integration with the Informatica platform.
Collaboration & Support: Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide ongoing support for data models, ETL pipelines, and modifications to business logic.
Banking/Financial Domain Expertise: Provide domain-specific insights to ensure that data processes align with regulatory and operational needs in the banking and financial industry.
