Job description

Infosys is seeking Informatica Developer with SQL and QNXT skillset. In this role you will be a key player in the ADM team to carry out application support and maintenance and minor enhancements work.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirementsCommunicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deploymentMaintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfullyInteract directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.Mentor 2 to 4 team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results
Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experienceInformatica on Cloud (IICS), SQL database experience is required.Able to work as a member of development & support teams with hands-on programming, design and troubleshooting skills.​​​​​​​Ability to work in global delivery model and coordination with offshore teams involved in project. Preferred Qualifications: Experience on application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance and documentationExperience in SQL query tuning. Experience of Healthcare EDI is a plusHealthcare experience is a plusPlanning and Co-ordination skillsGood Communication and Analytical skills.Very Good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with Knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation and UM modules in QNXT.Very good understanding of QNXT Data Model.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
