As an Informatics Coordinator at VillageCare, you will report directly to the Manager of Clinical Informatics and Operations, playing a vital role in enhancing our internal electronic health record system configurations. Your responsibilities will include managing dashboards and ticketing procedures while designing and preparing vital documentation and spreadsheets for clinical informatics. This position is central to supporting configuration projects that aim to optimize system performance.\n

You will engage closely with clinical staff, technical personnel, and administration to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to deliver effective solutions for clinical operational needs. Your expertise in project management and attention to detail will guide you in managing clinical configuration requests from intake to implementation. You'll also participate in user acceptance testing, providing valuable analytics and insights to monitor the impact of each initiative.\n
