Information and Learning Specialist
Aon sp. z o.o. Information and Learning Specialist We are looking to hire a dynamic Information and Learning Specialist to join our Global Security Services team. The Information and Learning Specialist plays a crucial role in managing our internal digital presence and enhancing our security training programs. This position is responsible for optimizing information systems, coordinating training content, and driving security awareness across Aon. Reporting to the Security Awareness and Communications Lead, this role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee digital security content and create impactful learning experiences. What the day will look like Manage digital content and training materials: Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of digital files, and update training content to align with current security protocols. Coordinate internal sites and training programs: Ensure internal sites are user-friendly and training programs are engaging and effective. Develop Security Awareness Training, run phishing simulations, and support social platforms: Manage phishing simulation campaigns and curate content for internal social networking tools. Collaborate with teams and partners: Work closely with Global Security Services teams and SMEs to align digital and training initiatives with organizational goals. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and learning platforms like Articulate Storyline. Bachelor’s degree in information science, instructional design, or related field. 2+ years of experience in information management and training functions. Strong understanding of security concepts and excellent project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with strong communication and attention to detail.
