Job Description An Information Architect helps our customers find and understand the information they need. They achieve this by creating sitemaps, logic/process flows, content structure and hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain information architecture frameworks, including site maps, navigation, taxonomies, content hierarchy.

Analyze user behavior, content requirements, and business goals to design clear and logical information structures and process.

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to align architecture with project objectives.

Create documentation to communicate IA concepts and strategies.

Ensure consistency and scalability of information systems across multiple platforms and devices.

Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in information architecture and user experience.

Qualifications:

Strong logical and analytical thinking skills

Ability to approach problems with clear, structured reasoning

Strong knowledge of UX principles, user-centered design.

Familiarity with IA tools such as Figjam/Figma, card sorting software, Miro

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
