**Our Splunktern Program allows incoming interns the flexibility to choose from three start dates, currently anticipated to be:** + Monday, May 19, 2025 - Friday, August 8, 2025 + Monday, June 2, 2025 - Friday, August 22, 2025 + Monday, June 16, 2025 - Friday, September 5, 2025 Note: **Base Pay is based on a candidate completing 3 years of university or the academic equivalent** **Base Pay** SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro and New York City Metro Area Base Pay: $45 per hour California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts Base Pay: $41 per hour All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area. Base Pay: $36 per hour Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills, year in school and experience of the candidate.
