Job Summary

You will be responsible for providing project management oversight (PMO) to ensure alignment with strategic goals, optimizing processes, and coordination of process optimization programs. This role involves supporting the Enterprise Information Governance program and the global Third Party Access (TPA) program, and the candidate will collaborate with various departments and functions across the enterprise.  In this context, “information governance” refers to governance activities related to the responsible use of data through effective compliance with privacy, security, contract, legal, intellectual property, AI and other data related requirements.

Essential Functions

Responsible for project management activities, ensuring that projects align with the program’s strategic goals and objectivesLeads and collaborates with various departments and functions.Champions change management initiatives, consulting with and supporting functions to implement effective change management strategies.Develops and implements standardized guidelines, best practices, and performance measures to optimize processes and improve efficiency.Provides common metrics and reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous alignment with organizational policies.Develops and executes communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycleServes as a champion for technological advances, providing operational expertise to IT and contributing to the planning and implementation of new tools and technology

Qualifications: Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience in project management, including leading large-scale projects and supporting cross-functional teams. Experience in a PMO role and familiarity with information governance or the IQVIA TPA program is desirableProficiency in project management tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
