Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include fund setup, client identification data, pricing, and cost basis reporting. A Job expectations include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.

The Institutional Retirement Performance Operations – Information Management Analyst role supports the Merrill Institutional Consulting Line of Business within Workplace Benefits.  The Information Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with client onboarding into the Merrill Institutional Consulting performance platforms, reviewing performance data and returns within the performance platforms, and providing support to the Merrill Institutional Consultants and their Team’s. 

Responsibilities:

Complete client onboarding activities for performance platformsReview and validate performance data and returns on performance platformsSupports Merrill Institutional Consultant inquiriesIdentifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational unitsMaintains knowledge of operational processes and assists in training less experienced team members
