Our work depends on you joining our team to support NETCOM Information Management Officer (IMO) activities and requirements which include monitoring user compliance IAW AR 25-1 and AR 25-2 requirements in coordination with NETCOM Headquarters staff IMO.

HOW A INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

● Provide Tier I and Tier II support of government furnished equipment (GFE) (laptops, printers, monitors, zero clients, etc.).

● Process software installation and associated license issue requests, and other IT installations for the GEFS3 Platform; coordinating and working with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) or Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF), as required. ● Perform software and hardware upgrades of GFE.

● Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.

● Maintain inventory documentation for all GEF related hardware. This includes creating shipping and tracking documentation and communicating with over seas sites and POC’s.

● Track all GEF related IT requirements from receipt to issuance in coordination with the NETCOM G-4 Property Book Office and G-3 primary hand receipt holders with an estimated cost of 73+ million dollars.

● Support NETCOM G-3 with monthly and annual physical inventories of assets; issuance, transfer, and turn-in of equipment, and associated paperwork.

● Ability and understanding of required tasks to support imaging and re-imaging of GFE assets worldwide. Working knowledge and familiarity with items listed below.

● Required Experience:  Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 1+ years of experience

● Certifications: 8570 certification: IAT Level II Certification, e.g., Security+ CE AND Computing environment certification in either Windows 10 or ITILv4 within 6 months of hire

● Required Technical Skills: Tier I and Tier II support of government furnished equipment
● Security Clearance Level: SECRET
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, problem solving, trouble shooting

The likely salary range for this position is $60,549 - $70,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
