What success looks like in this role:
• Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. • Influence programs and/or processes with client groups and understands business issues and can apply/develop appropriate solutions. • preparing technical specification as a roadmap for software • implementing, testing and integrating new applications • performing routine system backups and upgrades • installing new operation systems and releases • providing instructions and training to staff when necessary • monitoring, recoding and responding to requests for support • investigating and diagnosing system faults and errors
You will be successful in this role if you have:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience required.
