Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions and systems.Support the deployment of identity verification methods, including multi-factor authentication.Help manage user provisioning and access management processes.Monitor and analyze access logs and security events to detect and respond to suspicious activities.Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and security teams to integrate IAM solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve basic IAM-related issues.Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions.Support security awareness training initiatives.Display a strong desire to learn and grow in the security field.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic understanding of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms.Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are a plus.


Other Qualifications:

Familiar with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).Familiarity with basic programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
