See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:** Position Overview: The Information Security team is tasked with safeguarding Brunswick Corporation and all its affiliated digital entities. The Security Architecture team's goal is to evaluate risks and devise secure designs for our worldwide technological infrastructure. As a security architect, your main responsibility is to protect the enterprise by collaborating with both internal and external subject matter experts, rather than solely concentrating on technology. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Lead Security Architecture Design and Implementation. Plan, research, and design robust security architectures based on current security best practices and industry frameworks. + Define Technical Security Architecture Standards and Principles for the enterprise. + Provide committee security review over proposed designs, as well as the tracking, & resolution of action items assigned during design reviews. + Lead and facilitate the creation of high- and low-level cross-functional technical designs. + Review and complete threat modeling on solutions during the “Build” phase to ensure adherence to Security Standards. + Participate in cross-functional projects to provide security planning and guidance. + Develop deep understanding of cross-company business needs and designing solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and systems. + Create Security Architecture Specifications for multiple Information Security Domains. + Perform risk analysis and threat modeling assessments. + Lead reporting efforts and monitor metrics for key trends & insights. **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skill sets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications: + 7 years’ experience working with network, engineering, and sec-op solutions. + IT Security controls; IDR, EDR, SIEM + Cloud Access Security experience + Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) + Broad understanding of infrastructure designs (On-Prem and Cloud) + Experience with vulnerability scanners for endpoint visibility and management + Knowledge of cloud security platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP and OCI + Familiarity with security frameworks and industry standards + Work with teams to assess risks through penetration testing, threat modeling, and white-boarding exercises. + Open minded and willingness to adapt to unique scenarios. + Excellent writing, problem solving, presentation and storytelling skills **Why Brunswick:** Whatever tomorrow brings, we’ll be at the leading edge.
