Compliance Manager - Information Security Engineer III 

\n

 

\n

Role and Responsibilities 

\n

Overall responsibility for ongoing compliance assessments (compliance throughout the entire year). 

\n

Manage and maintain scope of ongoing compliance controls based upon applicable standards for assigned programs. 

\n

Own relationship with Program liaisons and manage escalations to BISOs. 

\n

Knowledgeable about the environment for assigned programs to help provide direction to control owners, PCI Team, and Remediation Managers. 

\n

Ensure evidence is submitted, reviewed, approved, and stored in Compliance Center. 

\n

Conduct recurring ongoing compliance governance meetings with stakeholders. 

\n

Perform evidence reviews for SOC ongoing compliance controls. 

\n

Onboard new programs to grow and mature ongoing compliance program. 

\n

 

\n

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

\n

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technology role. 

\n

Strong communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills. 

\n

 

\n

Preferred Skills 

\n

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 

\n

Prior experience creating team documentation and procedures. 

\n

Strong knowledge in MS Office applications. 

\n

Knowledge and experience in multiple security frameworks – PCI, NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, HITRUST. 

\n

Experience working in a compliance role in a complex organization. 

\n
