Candidates must reside in California.**** **Purpose Statement/Position Summary:** The Information Security Project Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Information Security departmental projects are organized and in conformance with timelines and deliverables requirements. They will maintain performance and status update information and will provide that to stakeholders. They will also monitor resources and coordinate communication between stakeholders. As part of project planning, the Information Security Project Associate will lead collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with CHLA’s goals. This role will require someone to immediately jump into and organize a variety of efforts under the direction of the Information Security Program Manager and the Manager of Information Security. These efforts are wide ranging across all areas of expertise that Information Security is involved in. **Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** Required: 2+ years of experience in a role that focused on project coordination and leading operational efforts independently, preferably in a healthcare environment. • Very Strong organizational skills. • Experience leading multiple projects at one time and comfortable with a fast-paced collaborative work environment. • Expertise in digital organizational methods. • Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and find creative solutions. • Experience coordinating resources, deliverables, and meetings. **Education/Licensure/Certification:** Required: Associate degree or a combination of education and experience. Preferred Certifications: • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) • Associate in Project Management (APM) • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) • CompTIA Project• PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner • PRINCE2 Agile Foundation/Agile Practitioner • Project Management Professional (PMP) **Pay Scale Information** $68,432.00-$123,052.80 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
