Job Title: Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist Join Our Elite Cybersecurity Team! Are you a passionate and skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist looking to make an impact? In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation process, ensuring compliance with top-tier cybersecurity regulations and policies. Your work will directly support the operational security posture of key systems across multiple security domains, providing you with a rewarding challenge that will advance your skills while supporting missions of national importance. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the management of RMF system accreditation, using tools like Service and Joint eMASS, to ensure systems meet rigorous cybersecurity standards. + Maintain operational security posture for information systems across multiple domains, ensuring the highest level of compliance with DoD, ICD 503, NIST 800-53, and other critical regulations. + Conduct detailed security validation by performing in-depth analysis and comparing test results to identify risks and resolve issues before formal assessments or security test events. + Create, distribute, and maintain comprehensive system security plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documentation, ensuring timely access for authorized personnel. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all system security requirements are met and continuously improved. + Support mission-critical operations through CONUS/OCONUS travel and shift work for exercises, conferences, and real-world operations. Essential Skills & Qualifications: + Extensive experience in cybersecurity and information assurance, including hands-on experience with RMF and eMASS tools. + Deep knowledge of ICD 503, NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1254, and other cybersecurity frameworks and policies. + Proven ability to develop, review, and validate self-testing results, ensuring compliance with security standards. + DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this role (Active clearance is highly preferred). + CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications are a plus. + A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. + 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or similar fields.
