If you have the energy, discipline and intellectual firepower to succeed, you will find almost limitless opportunities to stretch your thinking, expand your horizons and build your skills as you work with talented people all over the world.•\tHelp the Country IS Manager in aligning business needs with technical direction.•\tOversee IS end user communication channels, including translating global communications to French.•\tSupervise Country/Region IS intranet pages and record processes for end-user assistance.•\tAssist with audio & video conference rooms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.•\tSet up and maintain Multi-function Printers (MFPs) and printing solutions and assist with secure printing solutions.•\tProvide mobile device configuration support, including Multi-Factor Authentication, O365, and networking for iOS and Android.•\tAssist with end user support for VOIP environments, including handsets and software-based phones.•\tAssist with the installation and modification of IS solutions/services and find ways for process improvements.
Qualifications for the role2nd year university in related technology field.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365.Networking knowledge is an asset.Knowledge of audio/video technologies including video conferencing via Microsoft Teams is an asset.Bilingual French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
