Nightwing seeks a cybersecurity professional to serve as an ISSO in Palm Bay, FL. The ISSO will help execute the cybersecurity program as various USG doctrines require, including the ICD 503, JSIG, DAAPM, and supplemental guidance. The selected candidate will sustain and positively contribute to our top-tier cybersecurity program by successfully:
Developing and updating RMF documents, including SSPs, Addendums, POAMs, SCTMs, SOPs, ConOps, test plans, etc.Performing technical security control assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential deficiencies as part of the continuous monitoring programPerforming cybersecurity sustainment activities, including change management, account management, auditing, media protection, user training, file transfers, etc.Conducting system audits, system baseline validations, and ConMon activitiesInterfacing with internal/external customers, program managers, IT staff, senior leadership, etc.Performing initial and annual general/privileged user training and associated functionsSupporting various actions related to cyber incident response, investigation, and resolutionDeveloping and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures for accredited systemsThe ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, in-depth technical aptitude, exemplary customer service skills, time management skills, and the ability to solve complex challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills
Clearance Required: TS/SCIExperience with various information system security assessment/hardening tools - SCAP Compliance Checker, STIG Viewer, Rapid 7, Nessus, etc.Practitioner knowledge of wide and local area networks, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and firewallsDoDD 8570/8140 IAM Level 2 professional certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, etc.)Current top-secret clearance with SCI access and willing to undergo a polygraph examinationPrior ISSM/ISSO or alternate ISSM/ISSO experienceSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, customer service orientatedIn-depth knowledge of NIST special publications, CNSS policies, and instructionsMust have experience with the NISP eMASS system for managing system authorizations, performing security assessments, and maintaining continuous monitoring within the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) environmentFamiliarity with using eMASS to support the submission of RMF packages, manage authorization processes, and track compliance for DoD information systemsEducation Requirement
A bachelor's degree in information systems or cybersecurity or six years of experience in place of education is required for this role.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
